O internacionalizaciji 0

The locale code can have between one and three elements as follows: [lang]_[country].[encoding]. The [lang] part is defined by iso 691-1 or iso 639-2 and has two or three characters. The [country] part is normally two capital letters and is defined by iso 3166. The [encoding] part can be ‘utf-8‘, ‘iso-8859-1′ etc.

Different operating systems use different codes for language and country and (in the case of windows) for the encoding. Even between versions of Linux there are differences. This is the reason that a list of codes can be used — one of them might be known by the specific host. It is worthwhile looking up the codes used by openBSD, suse, redhat, windows etc. (a real jungle  Cry)

FrontAccounting (WebERP & OpenAccounting Fork) 0

FrontAccounting is a fork of the discontinued OpenAccounting which was a fork of WebERP. So, FrontAccounting is a fork of a WebERP, but right now, they are quite different.

FrontAccounting does not have Recurring Invoices, but it does had Dimensions. Anyway, I had a problem on Windows server (Apache) where this ERP shut down the apache process completely. So I would never risk to use it on a production Linux server.

EGS (Enterprise CRM and Groupware System) 0

Drupal + ERP Module 0

I found a group of modules for Drupal, who should work as fully functional ERP. However, since I had it set up, it looked to me that contacts are already too complicated. May spend more time, but for now - done.

Badger 0

A simple program for the conduct of the budget. Easy to use. Earnings, costs, the analysis. Only the basic localization (currency). Single user.
Sweet but not enough for any company. Great recurring system.

webERP & Forks 0

Skinny interface, the program has not been completed and has too many options that are not systematized.

I found more active than this fork, which is very similar but slightly modern (http://www.frontaccounting.net/). Otherwise, this is pure-blooded bookkeeping, with additives of ERP.

phpBMS 0

phpBMS the software business. They openly say that the system has to procurement and has Lager. And that’s about it. All the rest are small errors, and great advantages:

Disadvantages:

  • While supports UTF-8 (Unicode), it does not have the localization (for now).
  • It is not Tax system per product, but only by the entire invoice (problem in VAT countries).
  • Phone numbers are seven-digit entries in the format xxx-xxx-xxxx, can not by no means be different.

Advantages: Almost everything is done just as expected, by me.

phpOrganisation 0

As much as it, at the beginning, looked interesting, immediately when I installed I realized that it’s really nothing serious.

A more detailed view: It is technically done correctly. It’s Smarty templating, so it can be completely readjusted and beautified, and even translated.

Weaknesses: It really does not conduct any stock. There are no products. For each invoice, you can write at your will. Of course, there are no Recurring Invoices or anything similar.

vTiger 0

vTiger is SugarCMS fork from the ancient days, but significantly diversified - expanded. However, it seems to me intensely scrappy. Quote disadvantages and advantages:

Disadvantages

  • Does not support UTF-8 (Unicode). It does, but the library for PDF does not support it yet, so printing in this case is not possible.
  • Code written mostly in hurry, very superficially.
  • Theming is essentially crap. You can not change much, except color and images.

Advantages

  • There are modules for the Purchasing, Sales and Invoices, as well as the conduct of stock (Inventory). It seems that it even works.
  • As an additional module, probably can be obtained and TimeTracking system
